They’re about the cast of characters who add depth, credibility, and relatability to the story.
And in branding videos? It’s no different.
Where I Got It Wrong
Early in my career, I focused too much on the Hero.
I thought: “If the protagonist is strong, the story will work.”
But that wasn’t always the case...
At times, the story felt... flat—like a solo act missing its supporting cast.
